Sai Pallavi, currently the ‘IT’ girl in Tollywood is flooded with scripts. After playing a village belle and doting mother in Fidaa and Kanam, she will be seen in another attention-grabbing role. We hear she’s playing a naxal in her upcoming Telugu film to be directed by Udugula Venu of Needi Naadi Oke Katha fame.
When the script was being narrated, Sai Pallavi instantly agreed to come on board. She liked her role that of a naxal. The actress who has been picking versatile roles that gives her enough scope to showcase her acting skills, believes that the role of a naxal is challenging and pushes her as an actor.
A source informs, “The theme of the film set against the ’90s political backdrop was the clincher for Sai Pallavi. She’s gung-ho about her role and can’t wait to for the film.” On the other hand, Rana Daggubati, the film’s protagonist will be seen in the role of a cop.
