The actress who's set to be seen in Rana's Telugu-Hindi bilingual Ghazi soon has signed a Telugu film after a really long time.
This is the first time the actress will be seen in this genre by the Telugu audience.
After 2013 film Saahasam, the Telugu audience hasn’t seen Taapsee except for a brief appearance in Manchu Lakshmi’s Dongaata. The actress who’s set to be seen in Rana’s Telugu-Hindi bilingual Ghazi soon has signed a Telugu film after a really long time. And we’ve learnt that the film, to be helmed by Paatshala director Mahi Raghav, will be a horror-comedy.
“The film is going to have four prime characters alongside Taapsee. Srinivas Reddy, Jayaprakash Reddy, Shakalaka Shankar and Vennela Kishore are playing the roles. The film goes on floors from January 2017,” shares a source, adding, “Taapsee will play the title character.”
This is the first time the actress will be seen in this genre by the Telugu audience.
