In a time when videos about upcoming films are leaked, one can hardly blame Allu Arjun for becoming cautious and getting a new set of staff.

A little birdie close to the Sarrainodu star says that the actor, in a bid to keep information about his upcoming films from spilling, has hired a  bunch of non-locals — non-Telugu speaking people to be specific — as his staff.

A source says, “Usually, the film unit recruits local people as assistants or other staff, but Allu Arjun wants to employ only non-Telugu speaking staff. He feels that the local staff from his earlier films might have leaked news to the media. So, this time he wants to be more careful and is very strict about hiring people who don’t speak or understand the local language.”

Sources add that this move comes close on the heels of his upcoming film, which is being directed by Harish Shankar.
