Actor Nani, who seems to have hit a purple patch, is continuing to pick up some interesting projects. His next will be a sports film directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri of Malli Raava fame.
The film that was announced on Friday is titled Jersey and comes with the tagline, It’s never too late to dream. By the title of it, the film is based on cricket.
Produced by Sithara Entertainment, the film will go on floors as soon as Nani wraps up his present commitments, including Bigg Boss 2 and his film with Nagarjuna.
This would be Nani's second film in a sports back drop after Bheemili Kabaddi Jattu, which was successful at the box office.
