Scared about the title Supreme: Sai Dharam Tej
The music of Sai Dharam Tej’s upcoming film Supreme was released on Thursday evening. On the occasion, the actor said that he was scared about the title Supreme as it belonged to his uncle Chiranjeevi.
“When the producer and director announced the title, I was a bit scared, because Chiranjeevi uncle used to be called Supreme. So I met Chiru uncle and told him about it,” reveals Sai Dharam Tej. Chiru advised him to work hard so that he can earn the title. “I really worked hard and put all my efforts in this film. I don’t want to spoil my uncle’s name, so I did my best and I am confident that I did justice to it,” says Tej.
He adds that he was inspired by his three uncles, Chiru, Pawan Kalyan and Nagababu. He also gave full credit to director Anil Ravipudi. “Whatever I did in this film, it is because of the director as he worked hard and come up with a good film.”
Raashi Khanna is the female lead and Sai Karthik has provided the music. Interestingly Dil Raju, the producer of this film who generally releases his own films, sold the film to distributors Abhishek Pictures for a whooping price of Rs 26 crore.
