Producer Bandla Ganesh has joined the Congress Party despite being a big fan and staunch supporter of Pawan Kalyan. Ganesh, who has worked with big actors like Pawan Kalyan, Jr NTR, Ram Charan and Allu Arjun, has films like Gabbar Singh, Baadshah, Temper and Govindudu Andari Vaadele to his credit.
“I have been interested in politics since my younger days and I am a strong supporter of the Congress. No one knows that I have a tattoo of the Congress symbol on my chest,” reveals Ganesh. When asked why he chose to join the Congress when he is such a staunch supporter of Pawan, he says, “Yes, Pawan is still my God. But this is my life and my dream and wish is to become an MLA and Minister.”
The producer says that he wants to contest in the coming elections. “If the party asks me to contest, I am ready for it,” he states. On being asked if he expects the fans of Pawan to troll him for his decision, Ganesh replies, “His brother Chiranjeevi garu is in the Congress and nothing happened. It’s an individual decision.” Interestingly, the party may ask Ganesh to contest from the Jubilee Hills Assembly constituency which is more connected to the film industry.
