Janhvi Kapoor outwits Pooja, Rashmika with Rs 4 cr pay?

Undeniably, B-town diva Janhvi Kapoor has surpassed her arch-rivals Pooja Hegde and Rashmika in Tollywood by reportedly drawing a fancy pay of Rs 4 crore for her big ticket film ‘Devara’ opposite NTR jr. ‘Janhvi will be the highest paid among new-age actresses since she is more popular than others,” says a source.

With top-league actresses Pooja Hegde and Rashmika pocketing around Rs 3 crores, it looks like Sridevi's daughter has an edge over them. “She is actually a Bollywood actress and has done some Hindi films and is quite popular among Hindi-speaking viewers. She is doing a film opposite a superstar like NTR and the paycheck isn’t quite surprising, considering her brand equity,” he adds.

She was seen in Hindi movies like ‘Milli’ and ‘Good Luck Jerry’ but really couldn’t make it to the top in Bollywood. “Like her mother Sridevi, she could make it big in Telugu and south, before moving back to Hindi films as a south star,” he concludes.
