Prabhas' Adipurush is one of the most anticipated movie mounted on a massive budget. The film, directed by Om Raut, has been making the news ever since it was launched.
Adipurush, based on the mythological epic Ramayan, stars Prabhas, Kriti Sanon and Saif Ali Khan in key roles. The film will release is around 4000plus screens in Hindi alone and about 6200 sreens across languages.
The US Premieres of Adipurush will happen tonight while the film will arrive in theatres across the glove on June 16. Barring the Hollywood superhero flick Flash, there are no movies lined up for release tomorrow. So that should give Adipurush an advantage. With a runtime of 2 hours and 59 minutes, Adipurush has received U/A from the Censor Board.
Now, about Adipurush first day collection prediction. Going by the initial buzz and advance booking of tickets, Prabhas' Adipurush is expected to rake in at least 25+ crores on its first day from Hindi version alone. As per reports, some one crore tickets have already been sold for Hindi version of Adipurush, which is only next to SRK's previous blockbuster, Pathaan which sold some 5.56 lakh tickets on its opening day and collected 50+ crores on the very first day itself. With a wide release, hype and star value Adipurush should have a smooth run at the box office at least in the first week.
