Earlier this year, actor Kamal Haasan left fans saddened when he announced that he intended to bid adieu to films and get into active politics after wrapping up Vishwaroopam 2 and Bharateeyudu 2. But it looks like they needn’t have worried — he isn’t going anywhere.
While Vishwaroopam 2 has already been released, Bharateeyudu 2 is all set to go on floors next year. And much to everyone’s surprise Kamal has just announced a new project — a sequel to his 1992 film Kshatriya Putrudu (Thever Magan in Tamil), directed by Bharathan. But he is yet to finalise the cast and crew of the film.
Now, everyone’s eager to see if he successfully manages to juggle films and politics. Interesting times lie ahead!
