After the success of Nene Raju Nenu Mantri, director Teja is one of the busiest directors in town. He is now set to direct actor Balakrishna in the much-awaited biopic on the actor’s father, the legendary actor and politician late N.T. Rama Rao. “I am presently busy with the script work,” informs Teja. He adds that he will also be directing Venkatesh and that he is getting ready with that script too. “Whichever script is ready first, we will start with it. Otherwise, both films start simultaneously,” he says. The launch date of these two films is being planned for an auspicious day in Karthika Masam, which starts from October 20.
For Balakrishna’s film, they’ve hired an agency. “It’s a biopic and we have to select actors who can look just like the characters and so we have approached an agency,” informs Teja. “We are planning to release the film on May 28 next year, on the occasion of N.T. Rama Rao’s birthday,” informs Teja. He wants to release the other film too next summer. Apart from these two films, the director may also launch another film. The biopic will jointly be produced by Balakrishna, Vishnu Induri and Sai Korrapati.
