Mahesh Babu dips into his memories while shooting for his upcoming film, Sarileru Neekevvaru. We know for sure that actress Vijayashanthi, who plays an important role in this family entertainer, is the one who seems to have triggered Mahesh’s walk down the memory lane.

In a throwback post on Twitter, the actor recently shared an old photo of him as a child artiste, playing the role of Vijayashanthi’s son in the film, Koduku Diddina Kapuram. The film was directed by his father and actor Krishna, who also acted in the film. It’s been 30 years since Mahesh last worked with Vijayashanthi.

“It all started here .. Year – 1989. Location — Sets of Koduku Diddina Kapuram. 30 years later I'm working with @vijayashanthi_m garu once again in #SarileruNeekevvaru... life has come a full circle... #throwbackthursday #nostalgia (sic),” tweeted Mahesh.

Replying to his tweet, Vijayashanthi also got on a nostalgic trip. “Nature forces years to change, but not the nature of our @urstruly Mahesh Babu garu. Cuteness is his crown in heart n mind. Our combination by 1989 preceded by my entry on this same day in ’80 with Kiladi Krishnudu as a pair of all-time Superstar Krishna Garu (sic).”
