Raashi Khanna is one of the few actresses who don’t shy away from trying something new. And so, for the second time, the Delhi born actress has crooned a peppy number in Telugu for Nara Rohit’s upcoming film, Balakrishnudu. Although Raashi is not the leading lady in the action-drama, she has sung a song for the film that stars Regina Cassandra as the leading lady. Apparently, the idea was pitched by the film’s director Pavan Mallela.
“After toying with a few concepts, we have zeroed in on a peppy track. Raashi loved the concept and agreed to sing it. I believe her husky voice will add to the song’s charm. Moreover, she has already sung a couple of times and is a confident singer. We recently recorded the track and it has come out well,” said Pavan.
