Actor Karthi, who has a heavy fan following in Tollywood, has a high demand now. Since his latest film, Kaashmora did very well in Kollywood, distributors are excited to grab his upcoming projects. His next is Duet, a film directed by Mani Ratnam, has Aditi Rao Hydari as the female lead.
Dil Raju has bagged the Telugu distribution rights of this this romantic-action-drama. Mani Ratnam explores the genre yet again after Roja and interestingly, A.R. Rahman is composing the music for this film too. “Mani Ratnam narrated the story to me, and I instantly decided to partner with the talented director. The film will hit the cinemas in March 2017”, says Dil Raju. This is the second time that Dil Raju has joined hands with Mani Ratnam, the earlier one being Ok Bangaram, in Telugu.
