Samantha was rumoured to be playing a ghost, and even a teacher in the upcoming film Raju Gari Gadhi 2. The latest is that the actress will, in fact, be seen as a lawyer in the horror-comedy. The makers have announced that the character, Amrutha, will be pivotal in the film.
“Her role will be quite intense. It’s a short one but very important in the proceedings of the plot. The makers are expecting good openings because of her presence alongside father-in-law Nagarjuna. Also, the film is a solo release this week with no big competition,” shares a source from the production team. Interestingly, a part of the film will also see her playing a ghost. The Ohmkar directorial, which has Nagarjuna playing a mentalist, also features Seerat Kapoor in an important role.
