To the audience, Natasha Doshi may be a glamour queen. But the Jaya Simha actress is all set to tickle your funny bone. In her upcoming movie Koothalarauydu, directed by Sudheer Raju, she will be completely different on screen. She will play the role of Dhanalaxmi, a traditional girl, and will be seen sporting half-sarees.
It seems the director wanted to bring out the comical side in the actress who will play Srikanth’s leading lady. Natasha has worked on her language and dialogues for the action drama.
“I was not offered too many scripts that gave me a chance to explore my comic timing. I have worked on my comic timing too when to pause, when to say the dialogues, etc. Also, it is rare for leading ladies to be seen in comical roles,” says the actress, adding that comedy is tough.
