Actor Sai Dharam Tej has teamed up with director Karunakaran for a film, the shoot for which is currently underway. Interestingly, unlike most Telugu directors, Karunakaran doesn’t differentiate between the actor and actress’ roles in his projects. And for this film, which stars talented actress Anupama Pameshwaran as the female lead, the Darling director even wanted a female-oriented title — Andamaina Chandamama.A source reveals, “Although Karunakaran wanted that title, the rest of the team including the producers wanted it to be changed.”
Apparently, the makers don’t want the audience to feel that the film focuses only on the heroine and are now considering changing the title to either Teju Di Kuda Oka Manchi Prema Katha or Idi Teju Prema Katha.
“They may announce the official title in a few days’ time,” added the source. Notably, Karunakaran has returned to direction after a long gap and hopes that the film offers him the much-needed comeback success.
