When Jenny Honey decided to release a series of videos recently, she only wanted to keep her fans happy and entertained. For many on social media, Jenny is a popular name, thanks to a plethora of short films which have been mostly well received. Three videos — a compilation of dubsmash videos, a tribute to ’80s Telugu cinema and a tribute to the ’90s, have been receiving a great response. Each video has been shared over 4,000 times! And Jenny is so chuffed; she plans to release seven more.
“I have a couple of ideas. I want to be more active on social media because that is where I can interact with fans. I want to innovate as much as possible,” she shares, adding, “I am happy people like my work because a lot of effort goes into it, especially since I like to do it right.”
With several interesting feature films being offered to her, Jenny reveals she loves making these small videos. “I want to keep my fans entertained and I love doing the videos. They aren’t just for youngsters, but I want people of my parents’ age to watch them too. Thanks to them, I am not just an actress but have learnt editing, direction and cinematography,” she says. Jenny admits to having several celebrity admirers. “I have received messages from a few people, which surprised me. Some of them are sharing the videos too! It’s flattering,” she says.
