According to a source, the director and the actor believed in the subject and cut their remuneration too.

Director Sampath Nandi’s latest film Gautham Nanda released a couple of weeks ago, but didn’t fare as expected at the box-office. Though the director and actor had high expectations from the much-hyped film, it didn’t do well.
Gopichand
According to a source, the director and the actor believed in the subject and cut their remuneration too. “Gopichand liked the story and was very confident about it, so he too invested in the film along with director Sampath. Since the film didn’t do well, it’s a huge loss for both of them,” says the source.
The film is being produced by Bhagwan and Pulla Rao, who spent a bomb on the action-drama.
