Actress Lavanya Tripathi, who has been signing films frequently, has now decided to take it easy. While she’s done with the shooting of her forthcoming film, Arjun Suravaram, the Bhale Bhale Magadivoy actress has apparently become quite choosy. “I just wanted to take a breather. This time will help me rediscover myself and better understand what kind of scripts would suit me,” explains Lavanya, adding, “I have been getting run-of-the-mill scripts, but I am looking at projects where I can portray authentic characters.”
Apparently, the Andala Rakshasi star seems to be making the most of her time off as she picks up Latin dance in Mumbai. “I have been training extensively over the last few weeks. It’s a combination of commercial jazz with an influence of salsa. I am a trained classical dancer in Bharatanatyam, so I am just picking up a new dance form to have fun and also work on my dance moves,” she says.
