There’s a rumour doing the rounds that actor Anupama Parameshwaran fainted after being humiliated by Prakash Raj on the sets. But Anupama is quick to rubbish this by saying, “I was doing a scene with Prakash Raj sir and actually I was feeling unwell. I was supposed to say my dialogue but I didn’t say it on time. So he just told me to check the dialogue again.” She adds, “I was suffering from cold and fever that day; my BP was low and I almost fainted.”
Soon after this, she was rushed to the hospital. When asked why the shooting was cancelled for the next three days, she says, “They didn’t cancel the shooting. He wasn’t available on those days,” she says. Both Anupama and Prakash Raj met again for their next schedule.

“We had fun on the sets and he is one of my favourite actors,” she says, adding that she also posted a picture of the two of them. “Once the news came out, my father called me and he was worried. He is the one who asked me to put up a picture if everything was fine,” she says. Ask her how Prakash Raj responded to this rumour and she says, “I don’t think even he noticed it.”
