The search for the lead actress in the Telugu and Tamil versions of superhit Bollywood movie Queen might just come to end with Kajal Aggarwal taking up the role. However, the search has almost come to an end after many setbacks!
First, Tamannaah was approached for the lead role in both the Tamil and Telugu versions and she agreed to do the film. But things did not materialise and the Oopiri actress backed out. Soon after, Anushka Shetty, the ‘go-to girl’ for female-centric films in Tollywood, was approached for the Telugu version. But the actress turned down the offer saying that people might compare her performance with that of Kangana’s.
