She has played the girl-next-door quite often. But in a first, actress Lavanya Tripathi, who co-stars alongside Naga Chaitanya as the leading lady in debutant director Krishna Marimuthu’s upcoming untitled film, will soon be caught in the midst of action. The actress, who has mostly played the traditional girl in her recent films, will be seen in a chic avatar.
“It’s a new age character and I am pleased with the way it is shaping up,” says Lavanya.
The actress is also gearing up for the release of her film Radha, where she plays the title character.
“Both Sharwanand and I have the same character name! I have donned multiple avatars in the film - modern, massy and classy too! This film is going to be a fun ride as it has a lot of situational comedy along with emotions,” she signs off.
