The director, who created magic with his debut film, Ghaazi, is now gearing up for his next film, Antariksham that deals with space. “I started shooting this film the day after I got the National Award for my debut film,” says Sankalp. Many filmmakers struggle to complete their films when it has too much graphics, but Sankalp completed the film in a record time, getting it ready for a December 21 release.
“Mark the date because you can experience this kind of film only once in a lifetime,” says a confident Sankalp. Varun Tej is the lead actor with Aditi Rao Hydari and Lavanya Tripathi the two female leads. “I struggled with my debut film because I had to prove myself, but for this one, I didn’t struggle much because I am a lot more confident now,” Sankalp adds.
“I should thank my team for supporting this film. You are all amazing and this will be a movie that disappoints no one.” Director Krish who is producing the film is all praise for Sankalp and actor Varun Tej for accepting this film. Another director, Sukumar, who was at the trailer launch of Antariksham was all praise for the director who, he said, was trendsetting such a film in the Telugu film industry.
