Sonu Sood is bracing himself for a novel role. In his forthcoming film, a Teja directorial, the actor will play the role of a politician.
“When Teja narrated the script to me, I did not take much time to say yes to it, because it shows me in a never-before-seen light. The kind of shades my role offers to the narrative is gripping.”
To play his part to perfection, the actor has been prepping by observing the body language of politicians. “I am not at liberty to talk about my role but it’ll be an entertaining one. It gives me a new dimension as an actor.”
When it comes to signing Telugu films, the versatile actor has been taking it easy.
“That’s because I have not been getting scripts that drive me,” he shares, adding, “For Teja’s film, we had several rounds of discussions and I’m thankful to him for etching my character interestingly.”
