Singer Uma Neha has every reason to be ecstatic. She’s been showered with praises for crooning the title track of Balakrishna-starrer Paisa Vasool. “The track is one of the biggest hits of the season and has topped several chartbusters, and I’m thrilled to see Balayya sir humming the song wherever he goes,” Neha shares.
Interestingly, the playback singer has also dubbed for the first time in the action-drama. “I gave my voice for Musskan Sethi, and it was a different experience. I now have a first-hand understanding of how dubbing works when to raise the voice, pun, etc.,” mentions Uma, who has recorded more than 150 numbers in various languages till date.
After singing the title tracks of Paisa Vasool, Temper, Jyothi Lakshmi, etc, the Kurnool-born songstress has been given the name ‘Queen of title tracks’.
“It’s a funny coincidence, but all thanks to Puri Jagannadh for giving me the opportunity,” she says.
