Director Puri Jagannadh, who is making a pan-India film with Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Pandey as the lead pair, recently went to Mumbai to assess the situation there. After the trip, he has decided to shift the venue of the shoot to Hyderabad.
“It’s very difficult to shoot in Mumbai, so Puri Jagannadh is planning to shift to Hyderabad. He wants to create another set in a private studio,” says a source.
The director has discussed the plan with Vijay Deverakonda and Karan Johar too, who is involved in the production, as it will be released in multiple languages.
“It will take a few weeks to erect the same set in Hyderabad and will also be an additional financial burden,” added the source. The movie, set against a boxing backdrop, has been tentatively titled, Fighter....
