Ever since director Srinu Vaitla and actor Varun Tej officially announced their film Mister on April 29, there has been no word about it so far.
While there were reports that the film, which was supposed to have Lavanya Tripathi and Hebbah Patel as the female leads, has been shelved, Varun had tweeted that production would start on June 27. After which, there has been no word about the film again.
Meanwhile, the actor, who was on a vacation, has signed a film with Sekhar Kammula and is busy with a workshop organised by the director, after which shooting will begin.
Strangely, Varun has made no mention of his project with Srinu and is eager about joining work on Sekhar’s film, which will be produced by Dil Raju and will have Sai Pallavi playing the female lead.
