Shocker for Chiranjeevi

What is even more surprising is that the film got lower ratings than Mahesh Babu's disastrous Brahmotsavam.

Chiranjeevi was obviously the happiest person when his comeback film Khaidi No 150 became a huge hit, and followed it up with a debut on TV as a host for the show Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu. But to everyone’s surprise, the show was a big flop and neither the producers nor the actor knew whether to continue or not.

Now, in what seems like another big blow, when Khaidi No 150 was recently screened on the same TV channel where the show is aired, it opened to very low TRP ratings. This, after the movie's telecast rights were bought by the channel people for nearly Rs 16 crore! What is even more surprising is that the film got lower ratings than Mahesh Babu’s disastrous Brahmotsavam. Although the actor had decided to do a few films continuously, industry folks are now expressing doubts about Chiranjeevi’s future projects.
