Anasuya is getting rave reviews for her role of Rangammatha in the film Rangasthalam. The popular anchor-turned-actress has a major role in this film, which she plays with a Godavari accent and the right emotions.
“My maid is from Rayalaseema and I observed the way she talks and her body language after signing up for this film,” says Anasuya, admitting, “It helped me do my role better and also helped director Sukumar sir.”
Though the actress was initially apprehensive about her role, in the end, she got a very good name for her performance. Interestingly, the director too went through many actors before finally zeroing in on Anasuya.
