Superstar Mahesh Babu has once again showed his might... even before his film’s release! The satellite rights for his untitled upcoming film directed by A.R. Murugadoss has sold for a whopping price of Rs 26 crore to the Zee network.
This is the highest price for satellite rights till now in Tollywood, and has become a hot topic for discussion among the film industry. Interestingly, both parts of the Baahubali saga put together, sold at Rs 30 crore.
“The satellite rights include the Tamil version and the audio event of the film too,” says a source. The producers Tagore Madhu and N.V. Prasad are planning to release the film as summer special. Rakul Preet Singh will star as the female lead opposite Mahesh Babu.
