While taking up a Tamil film was quite an exciting prospect for actor Narra Srinivas, he is all the more excited about how he got the best of both the worlds with the film Khakee (Theeran Adhigaram Ondru in Tamil) starring Karthi and Rakul Preet Singh. “I have dubbed for myself in both Tamil and Telugu! It has been quite a surreal experience, especially doing it in Tamil, since it was my first time,” he shares.
Srinivas may have done several roles in Telugu films, but he asserts that his Tamil debut left him a nervous wreck. “It was like starting all over. However, I wanted to deliver all my dialogues myself and put in extra effort to learn them. And that’s how the director was convinced that I could dub for myself too,” he shares.
Elaborating on his experience of working on the film, he shares, “This film has really opened up a whole new world for me. From being anxious in the beginning to be confident enough to say all my lines without fumbling as I dubbed, it was quite an amazing time.”
