Mokshagna objected to my working with Sreeleela, says Balayya

Sreeleela became popular with Ravi Teja\'s Dhamaka in which she impressed the audience with her dance.

Seasoned star Balakrishna claimed that he would like to romance young actress Sreeleela on screen in his next film, although she played his daughter in his upcoming film ‘Bhagavanth Kesari’. “In this film, she keeps calling me chicha chicha, but in my next, she could play my love interest,” he said at an event. “When I broached this topic with my wife and son Mokshagna at home, Mokshagna objected to my idea and said that he would like to work with her since they are much younger and could become a perfect pair on screen,” he added.

Earlier, Chiranjeevi, also expressed a similar interest with pretty lass Keerthy Suresh as he claimed that he would like to play her loverboy in his next film after playing siblings in ‘Bholaa Shankar’. “I asked her to be ready to play my lover in my next film since calling me brother should be restricted to this film ‘Bholaa Shankar,’ he had said.

The 60-plus stars these days are trying to trigger hype around their films and making such statements that would draw attention from their fans and social media, albeit a few trolls too. Nonetheless, big stars have understood the workings of social media and they are game for it, unmindful of scathing memes.
