After teaming up with all the top Telugu stars, Pooja Hegde is now eyeing another set of heroes. The word on the street is that she has been approached for the role of leading lady in Nithin’s film under director Vakkantam Vamsi.
Apparently, the director was impressed by Pooja’s performances and the kind of fame she currently commands.
The makers recently met Pooja and gave her a narration, which she liked. The Duvvada Jagannadham actress is now trying to adjust and accommodate dates accordingly. Since the film will tentatively go on the floors only in October, Pooja feels she can make it.
A source close to the actress tells us, “The film’s producer Tagore Madhu hasn’t yet started the paperwork for signing up Pooja, but both the parties seem to be very satisfied with creative matters. Once the shooting schedules are confirmed, Pooja will come on board. If all goes well, this will be the first time that the two actors share screen space.
