Saloni Aswani’s father (Karamchand Aswani) recently recovered from Covid-19. However, she states that the struggle during his road to recovery was difficult.
“My father was admitted to a private hospital for normal fever, and he recovered after a few days. But on the day of his discharge the reports showed that he had tested covid positive,” Saloni reveals.
“I was actually more worried for my mother because she has more complications, but thankfully, she is doing well,” the actress said. “For over two weeks he was in the hospital, and it’s been very stressful for us. We have been constantly monitoring the situation,” she shares, adding that her uncle also tested positive.
“We had to make several calls for his bed, and finally we got one in a hospital. But unfortunately, he succumbed, and it was a disheartening moment in the family,” Saloni said, while adding that her father has recovered now and is doing fine.
