Lavanya Tripathi has bagged yet another happening project. The actress will be a part of Varun Tej’s next film as one of the female leads (the other lead being Aditi Rao Hydari).
The Sankalp Reddy directorial is a space thriller with an edgy plot, which is why the filmmakers were looking for someone with vulnerability and poise to play the character. And the search ended at Lavanya, as she fit the bill.
Notably, after Mister, this is the second time Lavanya and Varun Tej will be seen together on screen.
“Lavanya Tripathi has the potential to pull off any role with great ease. So we believe she would be ideal for the role, and we are glad that to have her on board,” says the film’s co-producer Rajeev Reddy.
Co-produced by director Krish, the thriller’s shooting is expected to begin later this month.
