Actor-turned-politician Chiranjeevi recently shaved off his beard and moustache, which has set tongues wagging. The actor has just completed the first schedule of his film Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy and will go back to the next sequence in February.
“There is lot of time in between, so the actor just wanted to get rid of the beard; it’s not related to anything else. The upcoming filming schedule is a major one and the unit is planning to shoot in Kerala with big sets,” says a source.
Moreover, the next sequence does not require the actor to sport a heavy beard.
Director Surender Reddy is also toiling day and night as he feels that it is the chance of a lifetime to make a historic film like this in Telugu. Actors such as Amitabh Bachchan, Sudeep, Siva Karthikeyan, etc., from across the country have been roped in to play key roles.
