Galla Jayadev’s son Ashok is all set to make his debut in a film directed by Sriram Adittya. The muhurat has been fixed for November 10. The film features Nidhhi Agerwal as the leading lady and Malayalam actress Archana Soundarya — seen in Telugu TV serial Karthika Deepam — as the mother of Ashok Galla.“It’s a story that revolves around a mother and son, but there is also a crime element in it,” says a source, adding that the director has been working on the script from the last few months.
While popular producer Dil Raju was supposed to introduce Ashok, now Jayadev’s wife Padmavathi has turned producer with this film. “Ashok’s parents don’t want to compromise on the budget, so they decided to produce the film on their own,” adds the source. Incidentally, Galla Jayadev is the brother-in-law of superstar Mahesh Babu.
