Actor Nandamuri Kalyanram will be seen in an entertaining role in his forthcoming family drama, Entha Manchi Vaadavu Raa, to be directed by Satish Vegesna. We caught up with the National-award winning director to understand why Kalyanram was chosen for the role. “Kalyanram garu has never done an outright family drama so far. So he was hooked to the character in the story when I first narrated it to him. I believe if a commercial hero like Kalyan-ram is part of a family drama, the film garners curiosity and brings freshness to the content,” says the director .
Like Satish’s earlier films, Entha Manchi Vaadavu Raa will be high on emotions. “It’s a simple and beautiful script that accentuates human emotions and relationships. But as the film is set in both urban and rural backdrops, it will have a different spin to it. And Kalyan ram garu will be seen as someone who loves basking in the joy of giving in the film. We are very excited about the project.
