The super success of Premam has surely left people asking for more! Six months into the release of the romantic comedy, Naga Chaitanya and Chandoo Mondeti are coming together again for another roller coaster ride.
While it was widely reported that the filmmaker’s next will have Nagarjuna in it, reliable sources say that Chandoo might team up with Chaitanya for a quirky entertainer. Recently, when the filmmaker pitched the story to the actor, he was excited with the story and character and immediately said yes. The coming-of-age film will show Chaitanya in a new light and might go on floors soon. It will be a one-of-its-kind film never tried before in Tollywood, especially in terms of the screenplay and narrative.
A source close to the development reveals, “Chaitanya felt no filmmaker has been able to harness his acting skills like Chandoo did, and he was naturally kicked at the possibility of reuniting with him.”
The announcement of the film is expected soon. The project will be bankrolled by a new production house.
