It hasn’t been a great time for actor Sundeep Kishan whose films haven’t fared well in recent times. His last two releases Run and Okka Ammayi Thappa failed to make an impact. But from the buzz surrounding his latest release Nagaram, which was premiered for a select audience in Chennai recently, it seems things may change. The film is set to release this Friday, March 10, in both Telugu and Tamil.
“Sundeep has been keen to come back with a bang. While he believed in his previous films, things didn’t work in his favour. But with great reviews coming in for his performance in Nagaram, things are looking up. He is quite relieved and overwhelmed at this moment and can’t wait for the audience to see the film,” shares a source close to the actor.
Meanwhile, Sundeep has got some very interesting projects coming up — Krishna Vamsi’s Nakshatram, a film with Naa Peru Siva director Suseenthiran, which stars Mehreen Pirzada as the lead and the science fiction film Maayavan co-starring Lavanya Tripathi. It has to be seen if these films will change things for the actor.
