Hyderabad: Telugu superstar Allu Arjun paid a heartfelt tribute to his producer-father Allu Aravind during an event here, saying he learned hard work and dedication from him.
Arjun was speaking at a musical concert for his upcoming movie "Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo" on Monday that saw performances by artistes like music composer Thaman, singers Sivamani, Sid Sriram, Armaan Malik and Priya Sisters.
After the performances, the actor took stage along with rest of the film's cast -- Tabu and Sushanth as well as director Trivikram Srinivas. His brother Allu Sirish and father were also present.
"My father is the best person in the world. He is my biggest inspiration and motivation in life. He has given me so much, taught me so much, that I will never be able to fully repay it. He is a hardworking, dedicated man and these are the qualities he has instilled in us," Arjun said.
The actor further said that he can never match the "greatness" of his father who has achieved many milestones in his life.
"My aim is to at least achieve half of what he did. In our family, we don't speak up much or acknowledge our love for each other. Dad, I did not find a better platform to express this - I love you," Arjun added.
"Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo" is produced by Aravind and S Radha Krishna under the banners of Haarika and Hassine Creations and Geetha Arts. The film is scheduled to be released on January 12.
