The new Boyapati Balayya film seems to be in the news for all the wrong reasons. At first, we heard the director has slashed the budgets for the film owing to his earlier failures, and now we hear the script work is being re-written after Balayya asked for some revisions in it.
When the action entertainer was recently launched, fans of Balakrishna were delighted that their favourite hero will be back in action, and that the shooting of the film will commence soon. On the contrary, there already seems to be every indication of endless delays in the shooting schedules.
And even as the team seems to be working extensively on the script again, Boyapati Sreenu is circumspect. We have been told that Boyapati wants to ensure the film will be a sure-shot winner and is leaving nothing to chance when it comes to making the script tight and compact.
According to a source, Balakrishna wasn’t initially happy with the script, particularly after his last film, Ruler, bombed at the box office. “He wants to ensure the Boyapati film will be a money-spinner at the box office, and he’s doing everything to ensure the script has all the commercial ingredients that satiate his fans and audiences,” adds the source.
