My onscreen chemistry with Vijay is intact, says Trisha

Leo is all set to hit the screens on October 19th and is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj.

Tamil actress Trisha claimed that her onscreen chemistry with Kollywood superstar Vijay would be intact in their upcoming big ticket movie ‘Leo’ which will also be released in two Telugu states. “I can’t reveal more about the story, but our onscreen chemistry would be intact in the film,” she said at promotional event of the film.

They have shared screen space in films like ‘Aathi’, ‘Thirupachi’, ‘Ghiilli’ and “Kuruvi’ and have joined hands for ‘Leo’ after a long hiatus. “We have done four films together and our combination was hailed by fans. I have been getting calls from many on how our roles in ‘Leo’ would be like since we are sharing screen space after big gap,” she added.

Meanwhile, the 'Ponniyin Selvan’ actress, has been receiving appreciation for her gorgeous looks and talent and was about to arrive in Tollywood with a bang. She was roped in to play a key role opposite megastar Chiranjeevi. The last film that Trisha and Chiranjeevi worked together in was ‘Stalin’ which came out in 2006.

“The film of Chiranjeevi and Trisha has been in put hold for time being, so Trisha has to wait for some more time to return to Telugu films,” says a source.

Actually, Trisha had tasted success in Telugu movies with blockbusters ‘like “Varsham’, “King’, ‘Bodyguard’, ‘Sainikudu’ and ‘Aadavari Matalaku Arthale Verule' to carve a niche for herself in Tollywood. Later, she moved to Tamil films to rise to the top in Kollywood.
