Keerthy Suresh to gain weight?

Ever since a picture of actress Keerthy Suresh, dressed as Savitri, leaked online from the sets of Mahanati, people are surprised how perfectly she fit into the role of the veteran actress. Now, the buzz is that Keerthy will gain weight to look like the yesteryear star, who was known for her rotund personality. "For some scenes in the film, Keerthy will have to put on weight. Savitri was plump in the prime of her career, and yet adored by the audiences. Director Nag Ashwin plans to recreate that period," shares a source. A trilingual in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam, the film also stars Samantha, Vijay Devarakonda and Dulquer Salmaan in key roles and will recreate some iconic moments from films like Mayabazar and Missamma amongst many others.
