Actor and model Vivaan Bhatena, a familiar face in Hindi television, who’s slowly transitioned into cinema (last seen in Dangal), may be making his entry into Telugu cinema soon. A source in the know tells us that the actor is in talks to play the villain in director Anil Ravipudi’s next film, starring Ravi Teja and Mehreen in the lead.
While Vivaan is yet to sign on the dotted line, a source tells us he is happy with the role. “It is very well flushed out and he liked director Anil’s narration. However, they still need to zero in on a few things like the schedules, remuneration, etc., before finalising everything,” the source says.
Meanwhile, Vivaan is currently shooting for Judwaa 2 in which he plays the antagonist again. “Vivaan is happy with the way things are progressing for him. He isn’t in a hurry and is taking one thing at a time. He hasn’t got any previous experience in Telugu cinema but sure liked the conviction of Anil. Let’s see how things work out,” adds the source.
