Sivakarthikeyan's comic timing is brilliant'

After the blockbuster success of Jathi Ratnalu, director Anudeep is all set for his next film. Starring Sivakarthikeyan, the Telugu-Tamil bilingual romantic comedy is backed by Narayan Das Narang. "I had this script for a long time and I felt it would suit the sensibilities of both the Telugu and Tamil audience," says Anudeep.

The director adds that he wanted to work with Sivakarthikeyan. "Given his fame and image, the script was apt for him, I felt. And when I pitched the idea, he too was excited," says Anudeep, adding that the actor’s comic timing is brilliant.

Siva’s character is based in Puducherry but moves to London. "It’s a piece of fiction. I have completed the writing," the director says, adding that the film would go on the floors in February.
