One such role that he turned down was that of the police constable in Temper which was eventually essayed by Posani Krishna Murali.
Revealing why he rejected the role, Murthy explains how he grew up in the industry from a junior artiste to playing the lead in films. He says that he didn’t want to go back to playing a character artiste and is happy in his space! No wonder then that he has no qualms to battle against the biggies at the box office this Sankranti with his film Head Constable Venkataramaiah.
