IT Minister K.T. Rama Rao was all praise for Ram Charan at the Dhruva film event that was held in Hyderabad, where he recently attended as chief guest. “Charan is a dear friend to me. His father Chiranjeevi is also known to me as we both met at Assembly when he was an MLA. Chiranjeevi is a dignified personality and I can see it in Charan’s upbringing,” said KTR.
He also revealed the actor’s interesting superstition. “Charan’s lucky number is 9, his car number totals to 9 and his date of birth totals to 9 as well. The film is also releasing on the 9th. So I hope that this film is going to be a good hit for him,” he said, adding, “I told him that after watching the audio visuals, I also wanted to get fit.” When somebody asked about a six-pack, KTR joked, “I don’t want to try a six-pack, it’s enough if I can get a two-pack.”
Ram Charan, in turn, spoke about “the dynamic leader” K.T. Rama Rao. Charan also added about his father’s 150th film. “Now, we have to do films with utmost care as my father raises the standard with his films,” he said. Andhra Pradesh Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao, Telangana Minister Talasani Srinivasa Yadav and many other film personalities participated in this event. “If Srinanna invites me for the success meet, I will come to Vizag,” said KTR to Ghanta Srinivasa Rao, who wants the success meet to be held in Vizag.
