Tollywood has a few films based on cricket, kabaddi, volleyball and other sports, but for the first time, here’s one based on hockey. Actor Sundeep Kishan will play the lead in the film, which has a huge star cast and will debut Dennis Jeevan Kanukolani as its director.
“I am playing a hockey player and I am very excited to start the shoot,” says Sundeep Kishan, adding that in addition to the sports drama audiences can expect to see a lot of emotions in the film too. “Also, the huge star cast promises loads of entertainment,” the actor further adds.
Talking about the director Dennis Jeevan, Sundeep says, “Dennis worked as assistant director for two of my earlier films and has made a short film, which I liked very much. We’ve been talking about this script for the last couple of years and I think it’s time we started now.”
The film, which is being produced by Sundeep, Peoples Media and Abhishek Agarwal, will start shooting from November.
