Looks like actor Prabhas is all set to follow in the footsteps of Mahesh Babu and Shobana, and invest in multiplexes. We hear that the Baahubali star, who has poured large amounts of money into U.V. Creations ventures, is keen on entering the movie theatre business.
Apparently, he plans to build a massive screen in Sullurupeta, Nellore District. But we’re yet to receive an official confirmation.
Meanwhile, a source says, “Since U.V. Creations has a solid hold on the film business in terms of production, they are now looking at starting multiple theatres as part of their distribution set up. That will give them more of a cushion to promote the small films backed by them. Since the production house is run by friends of Prabhas, and since the actor holds a stake in the business, they think getting into the multiplex business is the right move.”
